It makes a few types of lenses for different light-blocking needs: The Contrast HEV line filters wavelengths under 455 nm, while the FL-Blend and FL-Pro lines filter wavelengths between 480 nm and 520 nm (the key difference is their tint—Blend lenses are purple-plum and designed to be easier to wear all day long, while Pro lenses are rosy to better block artificial and fluorescent light)." My migraine doctor recommended these, and I'm glad I followed through and purchased them.I use the regular set whenever I'm in front of my computer. My eye strain from light sensitivity is immediately lessened. The darker sunglasses are great for everyday use but are especially useful during the winter (snow blindness) and drive long distances.I have a larger-than-average head, so they are a bit tight, but I've gotten used to them.
