This is a red light therapy device. Its purpose is to relieve pain and eliminate wrinkles. This is a small handheld device. It gives off red, blue and violet light. It can be used 2 ways: the torch (looks like a flashlight) is for joint pain, small easy to hold, lightweight and there is a piece that can be added on to the flashlight part that concentrates the light. The light is LED. Included in the box is 2 recharageable batteries, goggles to protect your eyes, an instruction booklet and a cleaning cloth. The set has a beautiful gold finish. While the Red Light Torches have been for sale for a while now, this one adds the ability to swap it for ear, and mouth attachments which I have not seen yet before.I thought the facial attachment usage was probably a scam but I've now read that it is an alternative to cold sore medicine and several people find it much more useful than the medicine.Another plus about this one is that it adds 460 and 850 and 940 lights which 8/10 of the torches I pick up do not include while even at the same price.The price is expensive but in keeping with the other devices out there.Red Light Therapy General InformationI've been checking out red light therapy on lots of different devices.
