I have used a lot and spent way too much on Kichler products. They are hit or miss. Strong hit or strong miss. Some are really such hack jobs that even a high school student would be ashamed to make. These are garbage. The paint peeled off in like a year when exposed to sun. On another one, what looks like the clear/protective coat is completely gone and the brown paint is severely oxidized. In full shade, they fare better. Plan on them lasting only 2-3 years which is not worth the labor to replace when better lights last 5-10 years before becoming totally crusty.Anyway, most of mine now look nasty, and I will be replacing them with something else. These are side/patio lights. Note that I did not use the wire basket and globe bulbs but rather Satco PAR30 short neck LED bulbs which gives excellent output and no glare. From ground level, you don't really notice the holes.TLDR; Nice looking but too expensive considering the extremely short life.
